A space where your comfort comes first and your confidence follows. Before You Book Teeth whitening is best suited for clients with healthy teeth and gums. This service is not recommended for individuals with untreated dental concerns, severe sensitivity, or those who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding, as your comfort and safety remain our priority. Results may vary based on each client’s starting shade and lifestyle habits. For safety and quality of service, all clients must be 18 years or older. CANCELLATION POLICY
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward your total service. All debit and credit card transactions are subject to a 3% processing fee. All listed service prices reflect cash pricing. Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits may be transferred one time only when proper notice is given. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and missed appointments will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A fee of 50% of the scheduled service total will be charged for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours. Deposits cannot be transferred or reused if proper notice is not given. A one-time courtesy may be extended for first-time cancellations at the discretion of Luna Smiles. ⸻ GIFT CARD POLICY Gift card appointments are subject to the same booking policies. Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to retain the value of the gift card. Late cancellations and missed appointments will result in the gift card being considered redeemed. One courtesy reschedule may be allowed with proper notice. After a second late cancellation or missed appointment, the gift card will be forfeited and no longer valid.
